Kay Ivey can no longer be our Governor. We citizens with regret, request invoking Article 5, Section 128 of the Alabama Constitution.

There comes a time in all our lives where mental capacity can no longer function in a reasonable manner. I am sad to say that time has come for our Governor. We have all experienced this within our own families. Let’s as an Alabama family do what is right for its citizens.

We’ve had governors that were greedy and corrupt, governors who were falsely accused of corruption, governors who have died in office but this is extremely difficult situation for we Alabamians.

A governor that has given so much to our state not just as governor but starting as a cherished profession by teaching Alabama children, to become a bank officer, to serve as Reading Clerk of the Alabama House of Representatives, and Assistant Director of the Alabama Development Office.

Ivey held many state offices from the State Treasurer and Lieutenant Governor while serving out the term of Governor Robert B Bentley on April 10, 2017 and she has been the Governor since.

It is 506 days and counting before the next governor takes over the reigns as our Chief Executive of our wonderful state.

We can no longer allow our highest office of the State of Alabama to be hijacked and controlled by a group of unelected bureaucrats from the governor’s office with their egos and power hunger to continue to control the destiny of this great state.

Governor Ivey’s staff can no longer shield her from her inability to function as our Governor.

This greed of power seems prevalent by these unelected official, whether it’s the Office of the President of United State or the Governor of Alabama or a Democrat or a Republican.

Many of our state senators, state representatives, state office holders, influential leaders, and others have allowed this to continue. Please no longer!

It’s a sad day in the state of Alabama to publish such an article on such a topic but difficult topics sometime must be disclosed.

The Alabama Constitution provides a mechanism for removing a governor who is mentally incapacitated. Specifically, Section 128 of Article V outlines the process.

Greed for power can no longer stand in the way of the people of Alabama.

Governor Ivey must resign, immediately !
